Yoga Snacks are short, energizing yoga sessions designed to help you shake off mental fog, undo desk-dwelling, and reconnect with your body in the middle of your day. These 30 minute practices blend mindful movement, breath, and light strength to wake up the body without leaving you depleted. Expect enough movement to feel refreshed and focused — not exhausted — so you can return to your afternoon feeling clearer, steadier, and more alive. Please note replays are not available.

Winter Stillness is a 4-class guided meditation + yoga nidra series designed to support your nervous system through the quieter season with gentleness, warmth, and compassion. Through loving-kindness, self-compassion, winter-themed grounding, visualization, breath and body awareness, and deep rest, this series offers a steady place to land — without pressure to fix or strive. Sessions are offered live online with replay access included, so you can practice in real time or return whenever you need support. This is an invitation to soften, slow down, and be held through winter. Practice length varies from 20 minutes to 40 minutes, depending on the practice. (February 4, 11, 18, 25)

Our pop-up Restorative Yoga class is a deeply supportive, slow-paced practice designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and settle into rest. Using props to fully support the body, we’ll move through a small number of long-held, gentle postures paired with breath awareness and quiet guidance, allowing the body and mind to soften without effort. This class is perfect if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply craving a pause — no experience required, just come as you are and let yourself be held. Maximum comfort is our goal.

The Quiet Practice is a three-hour, gently held silent retreat designed to help your body settle and your nervous system rest. Silence is supported with structure, choice, and care, and includes somatic movement and extended quiet. Experiencing silence in community offers a sense of safety and shared regulation — you’re not alone, even in the quiet. This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and return to steadiness without pressure or performance.
